EASTER EGG HUNT

Well, the Easter Egg Hunt was held despite the cold, windy weather. It was a little muddy, but the kids managed to miss the mud holes.

There was the hunt for eggs, each age group had 5 eggs that contained a ticket that entitled them to a prize. There was a clown to paint faces, duck pond, hula hoops and musical chairs. Plenty of cake, cookies and drinks. It seemed that the kids had a good time and that is what it's all about.

Thanks to all of the volunteers that put this on, without them it wouldn't have happened.

We will be having our Neighborhood Garage Sale again this year. Advertisements will be placed in the Austin American Statesman and the Hill Country Flyer. There will be a sign at the entrance to The Ranch at the corner of Sun Chase and Cypress Creek, also a sign on Sun Chase and Kimra. The sign on Sun Chase and Kimra will have maps to the various participants.

NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE SALE

You will be responsible for putting up your own individual signs if you wish. Please remember to remove the signs after the garage sale. Let's hope we have better weather this year.
