Association members pay an annual assessment on June 1^st each year to cover the association’s annual expenditures which benefit the community members. The community is in close proximity to Faubion and Deer Creek Elementary Schools, Cedar Park Middle School and Cedar Park High School.

 Milburn Park which is owned and maintained by the City of Cedar Park is located at the entrance to the community on Sun Chase Blvd . The park consist of a swimming pool, playground etc. and access to this park is available through the City of Cedar Park. “
